Mr. McLouth is currently the Executive Director of Port Canaveral. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Florida Ports Council Environmental Committee, a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, a nationally certified Industrial Hygienist, and a nationally certified Environmental Engineer. He has over 40 years of experience in the environmental science field as a control officer, environmental manager at Kennedy Space Center, and as a consultant. His relationship with Port Canaveral started as a Commissioner and has lasted over 30 years with the last four years as a full-time administrator. His degrees are from the University of Minnesota in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and a Master of Science.
